Now lets move on to the subject of producing your own modular furniture:
Universally there are only 3 steps / processes that go behind modular furniture production and they are Cutting, Edgebanding and Routing / Drilling.
1) Cutting of the panels such as Particle board, MDF, Plywood using a Panel saw based on the design requirements of the desired furniture is the first and foremost process. (watch the video)

2) Edgebanding is the process of covering the exposed sides of the cut panels with a PVC, ABS, Veneer, Melamine tapes using an edge banding machine for the panel aesthetics and durability (watch the video)

3) The edgebanded panels need to be assembled together as per the design to give it the final shape of the furniture, this process involves drilling / routing of panels so the various hardware fittings can be fixed, finally assemble the furniture as per the assembly drawings (watch the video)

Once all the above the processes are completed, the furniture (CKD) can be installed easily following the assembly drawings. The machines required for producing these furniture depends solely on the complexity and volume of the overall production.

- Very low investment

Woodworking machines

People say "Imagination is the limit to your world of creativity"...because beyond which the world still exists!
Imagine how it would be if someone could actually picturize how you want the interiors of your dream home to look like and you actually see them come true.
Woodworking technology has gone way beyond from the age of just handsaw and drillers to a whole new age of computer controlled Beamsaw and CNC routers.
This has not only made furniture production simpler but has also created a virtual connectivity between human emotions and machines that actually understand what humans want.

Woodworking industry in India can be compared to a story full of only puzzles & mysteries, as its known that only 15% is organised and the remaining over the next 5-10 years will be in the organised group.
Confidence about this comes from the way every other industry is reacting to the growing demands a typical indian customer. From a joint family to a nuclear family, from a traditional furnishing to hiring a professional to design the interiors, from 2-wheels to 4-wheels, from few thousands a month to a lakh a month.
The opportunity for the same will very soon stay with the builders who do the turn key solutions for their customers.
